Whether you are looking for a sweet treat, a meal or a snack, the simple combination of ingredients can accomplish nearly anything. We recommend using our strawberry + banana milkshake as a snack.


It also makes a great breakfast when you are in a hurry, or as a delicious treat after a decent sweat with plenty of protein to help build muscle. Drink up!

Ingredients:


1/4 cup strawberries


1/4 cup banana


1 tablespoon peanut butter


1 cup milk


6 ounces oats


Preparation:


Place fruit (fresh or frozen) in blender


Add milk


Blend, covered, for 10-15 seconds


Add oats and peanut butter


Blend for an additional 15-20 seconds


Serve and enjoy
