Feb. 3 marks the end of football season. Whether you love the game, or could care less whether the New England Patriots or Los Angeles Rams win, Super Bowl Sunday is really an excuse for exceptional snacks.

Maybe you are hosting this year’s party, or you are attending one, you can never go wrong with chips and dip. Dive into our six-layer bean dip, and enjoy the game.

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 8-ounce can refried beans

1 1/2 cups sour cream

2 cups salsa

3/4 cup sliced olives

1/2 cup taco blend cheese

1 large bag sea salt + lime tortilla chips

Preparation:

Evenly spread refried beans across the bottom of a 8x13 baking dish

Top with salsa

Pit, peel and slice avocado (instead of using avocado slices, you can mash the avocado, and spread it across the salsa layer; if you choose this option, you may need an additional avocado)

Place a layer of sour cream on top of you avocado layer

Add olive slices

Finish with a layer of cheese

Grab some chips, and go to town!
