Scrambled eggs with dill twist

Scrambled eggs with fresh dill.

The name of the game is dill. Fresh dill.

This is our second of three recipes to kick off 2019 focus on how to incorporate the herb into everything from a side dish to the main course. This week we are focusing on breakfast.

1 egg

2 cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon minced onion

1 teaspoon feta cheese

Dash salt

Dash pepper

Sliver butter

Fresh dill


Preheat pan with butter on medium

Place egg, onion, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl

Stir to combine

Once the butter has melted, add mixture to pan

Gently pull contents toward the center of the pan

Continue until mixture has cooked all the way through

Place on a desired dish, adding tomato slices, dill and feta for a garnish

Serve with a cup of coffee or a glass of orange juice, and have a lovely day.
