Breakfast burrito with avocado, mango, minced onion and cilantro.

Breakfast burrito. Something about that combination just screams, “yum!” Try our spin on this classic dish—it’s actually good for you!


Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 whole wheat tortilla

1 egg

1 tablespoon minced onion

2 teaspoons fresh cilantro

1/2 cup avocado

1/4 cup mango

Desired cooking spray (recommended: vegetable oil)

Preparation:

Preheat frying pan with a dash of cooking spray

Fry an egg in the center of a whole wheat tortilla with minced onion and cilantro

Pit, peel and slice mango and avocado

Add mango and avocado slices

Fold tortilla

Top with avocado and cilantro

Enjoy!
