Grabbing something unhealthy in a drive through can prove just as easy. Instead, we invite you try this delicious and simple spin on a breakfast classic—just brush your teeth really well before heading to the office. Bon appétit!
Not So Scrambled Eggs
3 mushrooms Baby Portobello mushrooms
1 medium vine tomato
1 tablespoon chives
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
Dice mushrooms, tomato, and chives
Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk vigorously
Heat pan over medium heat, letting butter melt
Add eggs and remaining ingredients
With a wooden spoon, bring the eggs to the center of the pan until no liquid remains
Serve with coffee or tea and enjoy!
