Forty-seven percent of Post readers said they do not intend on getting the H1N1 flu shot, while 22 percent said they have already gotten the shot.
Another 13 percent say they will definitely get the shot and 18 percent are still unsure.
The poll ran for three weeks in Nov. 2009 and can viewed by clicking here.

| It's great that 35% percent of Post readers have either gotten or planned to get the H1N1 flu shot. Getting the shot is the best way to protect ourselves and our loved ones from infection with H1N1. Hospitalization rates from H1N1 are disproportionately higher for African Americans than for non-Hispanic whites. The H1N1 flu shots are made by the same companies that make seasonal flu shots, and are safe. Free H1N1 flu shots will be given Saturday, January 16 from 10:00am to 3:00pm in the parking lot of Hal Marshall Annex, 618 N. College St. |
