The internationally acclaimed African Children's Choir will present a special concert in Charlotte which is free and open to the public.

This choir showcases needy children who have come through the Music for Life camps.  Selected children spend about five months at the Choir Training Academy in Three Rivers, South Africa preparing for their world tour.

While in Charlotte, the children and their chaperones will be staying in homes of Central UMC members and attending other activities at the church and in the city.

The concert is free, although a free will offering will go to support the Music for Life program, which includes a commitment of supporting the children through secondary and post-secondary education after they return from their tour. For more information, call 704-536-9157
