If you are uncomfortable interacting with gay people, are not sure what it would be like to be gay in Charlotte, or simply want to get different perspectives on the topic, this event is for you... and its FREE! It is also for the "family". This will be an event that where diverse (including Black LGBT perspectives) speakers speaking from personal experience and giving their honest thoughts about a variety of issues relating to being LGBT within our community here in Charlotte. This is a rare opportunity to come, listen, and ask questions about what being gay is really like.

Keynote is Mandy Carter.

There are also presentations on LGBT in the Workplace which will focus on contemporary best-practices that actually work! Morning sessions provide an overview while afternoon sessions are more advanced building off of the information in the morning. Please register at NDC-Carolinas.org
