The Charlotte Blues Society hosts its 18th Annual Blues Talent Competition at the Historic Double Door Inn. Winners of this contest will advance to Memphis, TN in January to compete in the 2013 International Blues Challenge. This year's competing bands are:

Bill Miller Band 2:45pm
Pam Taylor Band 3:15pm
The Cazanovas 4:15pm
Skinny Velvet 4:45pm
Red Dirt Revelators 5:15pm
Plan B 5:45pm
Finals begin at 6:45pm

Doors Open at 1 pm. $5 members/ $8 non members

The CHARLOTTE BLUES SOCIETY (CBS) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the American Blues tradition through the presentation of concerts, forums, educational programs and support of local musicians in Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
