23rd Annual Multicultural Festival
May 4th  •  10:00 - 5:00  •  Uptown Lexington

Mark your calendars for the Lexington Parks & Recreation's 23rd Annual Multicultural Festival on May 4th from 10:00 - 5:00. Come be transported through a sampling of cultures and heritages that make up our community! The Multicultural Festival is a day filled with the sights, sounds and tastes of foreign lands. This event offers a wonderful and educational outing for the entire family and showcases cultural diversity through elaborate clothing, musical instruments, exhibits and entertainment.

The festival focuses on five major cultural areas: African American, European, Asian, Latino, and Native American, with many nationalities represented within them. Stages will feature entertainment from around the world. Visitors will experience new vendors and performers as well as family favorites, and be immersed in a variety of different cultures from around the world!

This festival is free to the public, and attracts thousands of people, from Davidson County and surrounding cities and states.   This is THE must-see event of 2019, and was voted Runner Up for Best Event in Davidson County in 2018!

Stay tuned for updates on performers, vendors, non-profit partners, and sponsors! *This project was supported by the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural & Cultural Resources, with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.*
