Musical trailblazer Jarekus Singleton is celebrating new album, “Refuse to Lose,” with a free performance. Singleton is known for his untamed guitar licks and strong, soulful voice. His music is a mix of hip-hop, rock, and R&B with contemporary and traditional blues.
