Charlotte full-time investor and current Metrolina REIA President Chad Tate walks you through the process of buying, rehabbing, and selling a house, using a deal in progress for illustration! The first half of this exciting event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and will consist of the "classroom" portion. For the second half, we will carpool to a nearby house Chad has recently purchased. Here, Chad will cover the second part of the class, using the house to illustrate real numbers, and real rehab practices. Members: $59.00 Non Members: $99.00 Payment Details: Fees are good for pre-registration only. At-the-door pricing is $20 more per person
