The 7th Street Public Market, presented by Carolinas Medical Center and Charlotte Center City Partners, is proud to announce the return of Green Market Saturdays for 2014. New vendors will join existing Market businesses for an expanded Market experience each Saturday through September. Each Saturday will feature a special theme with kid-friendly activities and hands-on fun. From exotic meats and cheeses to fresh baked sweets and ready-to-eat lunches, the market aims to become your new Saturday ritual.

As part of the series, the 10th annual Firefighters’ Pancake Breakfast (with banana cakes) will raise money for the Charlotte Firefighters’ Burned Children’s Fund. Charlotte firefighters will set up on the patio and prepare pancakes, with all proceeds going to the fund.
