The 2014 Charlotte LGBT and Allies Diversity Summit is a series of sessions in 2 concurrent tracks:


Understanding Our Communities Track (free to students, $24): A series of presentations and speaker led open discussions on: 1) Trans*, 2) Diversity Within the Gay Community, 3) Multiplicity Theory, 4) Race & Sexuality and 5) How to Help as an Ally to Everyone.


What Works in the Workplace Track ($49): The LGBT in the Workplace track focuses on best practices for creating, sustaining, and creating a real change though the workplace LGBT initiatives that impact human beings and bottom lines.
