The Gathering: A Day of Well-Being--Mind, Body & Spirit. Workshops will include yoga, natural healing, martial arts, African dance, nutrition, caring for natural hair and more.  Professor James Small, an authority on African culture, who was recently featured in the popular documentary series Hidden Colors, is the keynote speaker.
