The 2014 Charlotte (WILS) will be more collaborative and interactive than many of our WILS have been in the past.

The format will be a series of brief presentations focusing on communication, empowerment, and influence which will then be discussed in small groups and brought back to the larger group. We feel he opportunity to discuss issues collaboratively and encourage men to become involved in Women’s empowerment are key to success for everyone.

You will receive education, inspiration, encouragement, and best practices for thriving in leadership positions as you reflect on your own goals. The goal of this event is to provide useful knowledge, strategies, and tools to empower our participants to achieve their own goals.
