*All levels & abilities are encouraged to participate*
Sweaty Saturdays are FREE Total Body workouts, offered the 2nd Saturday of each month. Everyone in the community age 12+ that is interested in a fun workout is invited. Kick your weekend off right, have fun, be surrounded by great people, and burn tons of calories!

What to Wear: A smile, workout clothes & supportive shoes. We recommend wearing layers! What to Bring: Great enthusiasm, a water bottle, a towel/mat for ground work, AND your friends and family.
