Kwanzaa 2013: Celebrating Ujima/Collective Work and Responsibility Cost: $5 suggested donation, free for members. RSVP requested. Call: Habari Gani?! (What's going on?) Response: Ujima! [oo-jee-mah] Spend the third day of Kwanzaa at Harvey B. Gantt Center. Join us for drumming and then learn about the seven principles of Kwanzaa by participating in a candle lighting and libation ceremony. Tour the galleries, including our current exhibition Question Bridge: Black Males and participate in a facilitated discussion; then create Kwanzaa themed arts & crafts.
